Need Pinterest Pins? The give and take comment thread
Pinterest is a search engine of its own. Watch Jay's training on this. The more your pins get repinned, the more it gets seen and leads to real conversions.
As a WA family why not help each other out in blowing the competition out of the water through Pinterest repinning exchange here on WA:
So here are the steps:
Step 1: Repin at least three pins from others onto your own boards.
Step 2: Post the url to your pin that you need comments on at the very top of this discussion (as a new comment).
Step 3: Very important: Make sure you repin peoples pin to the correct board of yours. Create more boards as necessary.
Make sure you do not skip step one. It is important and it will lead you to getting more repins. :)
NB Rule: No solicitation of comments are allowed - this is strictly a repin EXCHANGE thread. Of course you are welcome as a kindness to follow the pinner as well. The rule is in regards to solicitation (pestering) others here for comments when they have no pins available for comments exchange to take place. In short, this thread works exactly the same as Kyle's website comments exchange site and the same rules apply.
Note: You can certainly request for follows as well, but I would like us to be mindful that not everyone would like the idea of being forced into having to follow, even though you repinned their pins. We will therefore keep that subjective to a personal choice and I would ask that we respect that. The expectation would be however, if you use this thread, that you will be prepared to at the very least to repin others' pins.
So please do keep this in mind when exchanging pins here. Just because you cannot physically see someone repinning your pins does not mean that they have not done so. If you are in doubt, simply ask the person for proof if you feel that is necessary. How can you prove it to someone? Simply show them the pins on your board.
Please note that if you are using the Pinterest Mobile app, you will not be able to see the URL of your pin. You must open Pinterest in a browser, then you can see the URL to copy and past here.
Also for those that may be confused about self-promotion that is not allowed on WA. It is different when it comes to a give and take situation where everyone benefits. This is exactly the same as the website comments thread and the website feedback thread created by Kyle and the YouTube give and take thread which this is modeled after.
