5. Help One Person Through the "Unanswered" tab on Dashboard. This section act
Hi, you need go to dashboard there's a pin (next to Live Chat), click it and choose questions and save changes. There's two tabs, all and unanswered, click latter.(see image)
Note some questions may say unanswered however when you check them out they are answered, those belonging to WA space profiles do not count.

On your home page the box that says "Recent Questions" at the top has questions. To get a bunch of unanswered questions, click on the "unanswered" button near the top right in that section box. There is an "all" button and an "unanswered" button. I just did that and found tons of unanswered questions including yours. :)
