Ok basically I have my website up. But I need some help in the arrangement and how can I change it.
1) How can I put the privacy policy at the bottom?
2) The page on the
1. Widget->Footarea->Add PP.
2.URL?
3. pages and subpages sometimes use different font-size and font-color. It's changeable if you understand CSS
4.URL?
You probably should have included a link to your site so that we can see. I also do not quite understand some of your questions.

2. I could not find. I only see 2 widgets RECENT POSTS and ARCHIVES.
3. A bit tricky. Dashboard->Appereance->Edit.( search (Control+F) font-size body. Probably it's 10. Do the same procedure for page/subpage. Then change them to the same font-size. SAVE.
4. You can either do. Edit page.-> Insert media-> OR use copy/pase. The click on the image. There is pencil icon. Here you can style the image en size.
