I am using the default edit now , I don't know it's name, there are some buttons don't work properly. I want to install WP Edit, but don't know if this going to have conflict w

This can definitely have conflicts, WP Edit has been known to cause issues such as the editor not properly working or losing your visual editor altogether.
Just be careful and do know that after you install it if you are experiencing any issues with your normal editor or seeing the Visual tab within your editor, this is likely the culprit and you will want to deactivate it.

Hi, Just wanted to tell of my experience with this problem of no visual editor..
I tried everything and nothing would work. Finally I contacted support. Not finding a problem on their end, they suggested I try to use the visual editor on a different computer. I only have one computer, so I went to the library and used one off theirs. I had no problems with the editor. It worked beautifully.
Suspecting it might have something to do with my SLOW internet connection (I still was using dial up), I switched to DSL I have not had a problem since.(knock on wood).
I know most people out there have better internet connections than I did, but I thought I would mention this encase it might help someone.
I hope you get yours working I know how frustrating it can be,

When you go into your Header setting, go to Dashboard for that, you should get the size which is suitable or maximum for your theme.
Every theme is a bit different.
You also can easily resize your picture with a photo editing program you should have as a default program on your PC or Laptop, than use the new sized header picture.

Just go to your Dashboard, to Appearance and click on Header.
There you will find the specifications of your header and how big a picture can be for your theme.

Sorry Eve to hear that. Since every theme is a bit different I can understand that you are frustrated.
Lets see and do one more trial. What was the picture size of your last picture before you removed it?
When you could resize that to half the size it was before you should see a better header image size.
