Are you still struelling with you website and not being able to build it just how you like it?

Don't stress because I am going to give you the top lpugins that help your website and can better your user experiance with WordPress. When I started to work with WordPress I was not happy with all the different platforms it threw my way. When I would write it out in the usual WordPress part I found it didn't give me the satisfaction I wanted. Then one day on my internet browsing session I came across a few different page builders. The only one I went with was the one that offered training in how to use it. Here are a list of plugins to help better your WordPress:

1. Elementor - easy to use page builder and has YouTube tutorials. You don't need the fancy package to add in the extras, the basic should be enough to get you started. They have a lot of templates you can work with and it is easy to add videos, text and images.

2. Woo-commerce - thinking about adding some product to your site and build it into a store? This is defenitly the most easy method to use. For those who are writing reviews this is not something you would need unless you decided to sell something you made.

3. MailChimp - super easy email marketing platform and it gives you templates to work with your website.

4. google xml sites maps - something that is covered in the training but it is great to link up with your website.

5. Mosnter insites - plugin for your google and social media analtyics. The free version gives only specific details but they are useful and can help you understand where your clients are coming from. Just a friendly reminder that when you set up your analytics monster insites only allow it for the web. So don't add your google anayltics for web and apps.

6. cookie notice for GDPR - great plug in to let your visitors know that you are using cookies.

7. Coming Soon Page, Under Construction & Maintenance Mode by SeedProd - great plug in when doing a clients website for their business or even for your own. If oyu want to work on a page or website without any sneak peeks from outsiders. They have tutorials on how to use it and its great for those working in the development part.

Remeber there are many pluins and you should do some research before you just plug them in and work with them. In the end you might need something extra that a plug in doesn't offer and you would have wasted time working with something you don't understand.

I hope this helps you decided which plugins to use. If there is anything regarding Social media marketing or web development you wish that I cover in a blog/ article please feel free to leave a comment below.

Thanks for sharing, Annabella.
All the best to you and your loved ones. Have fun.

Use some of these, good post for newbies.

Hi Annabelle. Those are some great plugins. Jim

Good information, Annabella,

I find that many newer WordPress users are reluctant to install plugins, unless they are included in the training. That is probably a good idea as it allows them to follow the tutorials more closely.

I have found Elementor page builder to be excellent and use it all the time now.

Allan

Thanks, I am so happy with elementor as I can get really creative with it. Most of my WA websites are made with it and when I build a clients website I do the same. I see a lot of people ask questions about plugins and I have in the past as well trying to figure things out.
