Seven ways to stay motivated
1. What are your powerful and compelling reasons that you pursue your dream? Make a list and read daily.
2. Before bedtime, write down what you want to do tomorrow. Then when you wake up, you already have your to do list.
3. Read, watch or listen to something positive and motivational first thing in the morning and last thing before you go to bed.
4. Focus on accomplishing the goals you have set for that day. Adjust your attitude so you can do it.
5. Carry a picture that reflects what you want. Be it a house, car or lifestyle, look at the picture and visualize the reality in your life.
6. Every day, nourish your mind, body and spirit. Take care of yourself, first and foremost.
7. Self-motivation is crucial in the progress of your dream. Do whatever you have to do and stay motivated.
