Progress not Perfection
Sometimes you’re going to screw up. That’s just a fact of life.
You’re not going to know whether you’re making the best moves.
But here’s the thing..

Practice DOESN’T make perfect. You shouldn’t aim for perfection.
What practice does is to allow for improvements.
And improvement is what you should aim for.
Progress is the real goal and what you should be ultimately focusing on.
I don’t recommend aiming for perfection because it can be depressing.
Comparison is an absolute killer and don’t EVER do it.
For example, you could be in a gym comparing yourself to the guy next to you, whose lifting 5 times the weight and is double your size.
He’s got muscles showing in places that you can’t even feel!
Do you realize that he’s spent 5 days per week for the past 5 years in a gym?
While you’ve just joined, doing no exercise at all, for the past 20 years.
Focus on progress not perfection.
