ok so im trying to instal a wordpress plugin and it says that i have to

  1. Extract the zipped file and upload the folder javascript-html-text-adder to to

You don't need to install it manually. From your wordpress dashboard, click on "Plugins" and then "Add New". In the upper right corner of the page that opens, type "javascript-html-text-adder" and hit "Enter".

The first plugin displayed in the left column is the one you want. Click on the "Install Now" button to install it.

i did that but well ... i mean some plugings have settings somew dont ... this one does not have setting so how do i use it

I'd suggest starting from the plugin's page at http://wordpress.org:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/javascript-html-text-adder/

You'll find tabs on that page describing the plugin, its installation, some screenshots, and the support forum. From what I'm seeing, you'll need to first activate the plugin and then drag it as a widget to your pages.

You can safely ignore the part about unzipping and copying the files manually since it can be installed through the wordpress dashboard.

You may also want to scan the support forum posts to see if there is some additional information on using the plugin.

sorry to say but how do you add a widget... this is not the only plugin i have had an issue with.. all the plugins that have no settings are giving me a hard time

Not such a big deal as it used to be. Put your keywords in your article where they make sense, but don't overdo it. You definitely want them in there as much as possible, but not if it sacrifices your user experience at all.

Ya i notice that ... now u gitta worry about the code ... about having images videpos etc its complicated

Here is a really nice video about how many keywords do you actually need:
