i need some help for designing my blog
I agree with Terell. The training videos are the starting point. If you don't understand something in them or need help after viewing then ask for help. There are a ton of people ready and willing to help but you need to ask specific questions. So, hang in there and let us know how it's going.

i have created blog by fallowing 6th lesson, but i am confused in 7 lesson how to to prepare my blog to ready seo
Have you followed through the All in One SEO plugin tutorial?
If not, I suggest you check this out:

Do note that you will not see what this is actually doing because it takes place behind the scenes in the code. So after you set this up as per the directions, it will have been done correctly and move onto the next step.
You don't have to deal with these after the initial set-up. These are optional and automatically done for you.
