Healthy Things to do
Take a walk, Get some fresh air and wave at your neighbors as you pass. Trust me, you will feel good about yourself.
Quarantine doesn't mean that you have to block out everyone from your life. We still many ways that we can communicate with our friends, families and even meet new friends.
Do something positive! Offer to help a lock in as you go shopping for yourself or even send them a quick message or video let them know that you are there for them If they need you.

It's so important to take time for yourself. That way, the time you do spend working on your blog will be much more productive, because your mind will be fresh. Good ideas!
Thank you for that reminder. I'm always so zoned in with learning, researching and the training that I sometimes forget.
I know, because I am still that way. I have to constantly remind myself that my health should be first.
It just feels so good when you take an entire day off.
It clears the mind and brings back energy
