My first half year at WA

Hi all. At the six months mark of my time here at WA, time has come for me to share my thoughts, thresholds and experiences.

My Niche

The first two months flew by. I hadalready picked my niche when I joined and with my 18 years of webdesign experience, I got my website set up in no time.

My niche is Progressive Rockand my website is called Prog Rock World. It's a form of rock musicthat started in the late 1960s, became huge in the 1970s and is stillalive today as a niche in the rock genre. I have loved this musicsince my teens so picking this niche was an obvious choice.

The Art of Writing

As a well-weathered graphicartist in the gaming industry, I'd choose graphics over writing atany time. In the past, I tried to create and maintain a blog severaltimes but the writing never came easy. I stopped as many times as Istarted.

As I went from lesson to lessonhere on WA, the part that kept me off the pace at first was writingposts. All the other stuff was easy. However, to my amazement, Irealized that I enjoyed writing about my passion. In other words I discovered the art of writing. The only thingthat stood in the way was the clock.

Time Flies

I have a full-time job, I workfrom home and my wife and I live together with thirty cats in our catsanctuary. A couple of them have special needs and require extraattention and time. We also take care of four Shetland ponies.

And now here I am 6 months in 5blog posts later and two in the making. I received great comments onmy posts from someone who saw me posting my latest writings onFacebook. That certainly gives a boost to go ahead and continue.

The same applies to the socialmedia boost I experienced when I posted my links here at WA. Itcertainly is fun helping others getting likes/hearts/plusses etc. andreceiving them back in the same fashion.

Structure

I have scheduled more writingtime in the next months. I am creating more time, energy andstructure in my day to day life to do all that I want, need and love.What I truly want to be now is being a wealthy affiliate marketer. Ialready have all the other important things in life.

I know I am at the right place hereat WA to fulfill this desire and will continue to go through thetraining with vigor and vision.
