With all the nifty tools and features available to user of the World Wide Web in 2015 language barriers are now retired and if existing at all...... likely only as a description on Wikipedia ^^)
Example you can have your browser auto translate pages you visit on the web that is not in your foreign tongue. Or like this extension by Google made for Chrome users
ps: Every Time I encounter a word i don't know, being technically or english..... i just double click it, using this extension It is quite powerful, closer to Oracle or God I've never been, one click = I know ^^)
