Hello fellow WA users. This is not an attempt to get free exposure to my site or post. It is still in its early stages without much indexing or useful content. When that is said. I would be very grateful if you could take the time and have a look at my latest post.
I have spent hours trying to make it look good. Text size, paragraphs, layout, picture placement, spacing. With all the nice features my Divi theme brings it shouldn't be a problem, but....So any feedback, tips or encouragement would really help me out.
Maybe I am just too picky and wasting time on useless details? (as my intention for the 2 last hours spent "adjusting", was to get a new post ready......
I am hard-shelled. I can take critique, I even value it.

I really like your site Erik, the only thing is I have to agree with Geoff-n-Jane about the paragraphs being far apart from each other. Other than that you've done an amazing job, congratulations. I left a comment for you:)

Love the boldness of the Blue headings and the general airy feel of the post as a whole. The text is also great - big enough for our ageing eyesight, and the pictures are lovely and bright and colourful.
The only thing is - the paragraphs need not be that far apart from each other. Apart from that - really good.

And yes, I agree with you. That part almost made me crazy while tweaking the post...... It is recommended at some guides to try and use as much space as possible, for good overview as well as getting a long length post requiring more scrolling to read it all. Did read somewhere, Google recognizes that and takes it as a sign of something being interesting to the reader, reading "all that".
Not sure about the degree of impact or the exact way. But yes, I agree with you, as it is right now. There are some paragraphs with too much space.

I am a blown way, by you site! I don't have a bad thing to say about it. It looks great. The writing is good. Really good, after seeing your site. I think a better stick with my day job. And forget all this online stuff :-) I have a website in the same niche and my site is a mess. It looks bad and the writing is a bunch of sentence fragments, but seriously. Best wishes, Steve. But RV sales are looking better and better to to me.

With all this great feedback I reckon I should stop pestering myself and wasting time changing over and over to try and get it right.
I was seriously not satisfied with the result on the post, hence asking for feedback (on what to change and improve). Guess I should take it as a lesson and focus on carrying on.

Oh oh... You should have seen my first posts and more so..... Do not get discouraged by comparing. With the time I spend tweaking you would have made 4 times the posts I do... hence getting more visitors, ranking and income! ;)

Eriksen, I like it, it look good and it loaded up real fast but, what do I know? I'm pretty new around here and I don't know if it mean anything.
All feedback is valued here, that is for sure.
Experienced or not, does not matter. My posts are aimed towards the everyday user anyways. Those who read and seek information. They are as capable of maneuvering and finding wall of text to be "out of balance" as well as a website designer.
But, of course, every "complaint" or flaw addressed, makes me rethink and improve. Over time it becomes harder to detect them yourself, as you go blind :)

The post looks great except I did notice that in two bold headlines there was "to good to be true"" instead of "too good to be true". Down further in the post it is correct. Keep up the good work!

I got a chuckle at the line "You clicked this post didn’t you?" The only reason I did was because you asked me. Your post looks pretty good. It is broken up into manageable pieces and reinforces the inadequacies of these so called 'get rich quick' schemes.
That is true. Earlier I had added (Unless asked to go here or browsing the site overall) but removed it as I found it obvious. But hehe, you are right. It does not apply to you or anyone else here at WA, helping me out. :)

I know what you mean about getting it just right. I did some word art yesterday for a media item. It worked well. Went in today to do another one (in the same manner) and it wouldn't work at all. I think my computer is schitzophrenic!

If it is of any comfort. My computer isn't just schizophrenic. I have a strong feeling it is slightly possessed by the evil Lord himself at times!
