My First Landing Page
Up until now there has been 2 "mayor tasks" I have postponed and never gotten the time to look into. Probably 50 more things but as in popular and essential tasks there are 2 notes on my to-do-list that started to make me sweat a bit.
Landing pages and e-mail lists. Finally I have now created my first landing page. I have A LOT to learn yet, but it is slowly getting in place day by day. I find the feature quite fun to work with as well. As soon as I feel I can cope with the landing pages quite ok, I will focus on e-mail lists. I plan to use Aweber, unless someone convince me otherwise.
Would you please have a look at my landing page and give me some feedback?
I am not looking for a pat on the back, but more constructive criticism to boost my learning curve on the field of them landing/squeeze pages. Of course, If I did succeed in some parts, positive feedback is of course welcome ;)
Give it to me straight up. your first impression. what you think and if you think it could work and most of all, what changes could have the page work even better.

Hi there, I just realised that the link above http://aidaffiliate.com is not your landing page. instead your landing page is http://aidaffiliate.com/start-home-based-business-online . I really like it ! And I use instabuilder too :) Would you be better asking for an email address so that you can build that relationship over email, rather than your call to action being to create an account? There is a stat that sticks in my mind that people have to see things 7 times to take action. Therefore, it may be that your landing page has made them curious enough to find out more, but maybe they will research again another day. However, if they do not fill out a free Wealthy Affiliate account then and there, but instead, just submit there email to find out more, then that visitor is not lost 'forever'. That would be my only possible thing ? huge CONGRATULATIONS for a great page. I love the eyes at the top ! Briliant.

You are absolutely right. I have finally managed to reach the part on my to do list, that says "create email opt-in". Hopefully I will have an autoresponder and more what's needed in a couple of days. I have delayed it too long.
Yes ! I do use InstaBuilder, I purchased it for a couple of days ago so the landing page you did see was my first project. Maybe even too thorough to be called a landing page but I couldn't help it. But there are many more to come so I will get the chance to refine test and fail.

An opinion from a novice. I think your page is attractive, crisp, clean and interesting. I think visitors will find it interesting. Some nit-picky spots that need cleaning up I think. Where you say Believe it or not, it is free to get your business starting...I would put started. Where you say: Interested to read up on my background...Might be better as: Interested in reading up on my background...
The first paragraph under the nice screen shot would be better reworked a bit. and where you say: I am by far a seasoned expert on the field, but I do have....needs to be reworded.

Ah, lovely hmasters! Talk about getting feedback and having it served. It is funny, once you point it out I immediately hear that it does sound more correct. But not in a million would I have had a chance to spot those badly written sentences by myself. I will head over and correct it right away.

Erik, I don't know whether it is my brain or my eyes but after I look at something long enough it's like I no longer see it even if I look at it another 100 times. You are doing some really good work and getting some great feed back.

There is much to like about your website's landing page good typography and good images. BUT there is too much white space. I can't remember what the percentage is but a high percentage of people won't scroll down. Your best online website real estate is 'above the fold'. That is the area before anyone scrolls down. I would also remove the dividing lines. Please let me know if you make these changes - just click on my username to leave me a Private Message. ~Marion

There, I made some changes now. What makes me wonder is.......... maybe the aid affiliates logo is too big for this use?
I like the changes you've made Kjell and I don't want to put a dampener on your efforts but I do think the logo could be too big. It contains a lot of information which is important to convey to your readers but it does take up a lot of space. Could you put that information into your text? Maybe cut up the image and distribute the pieces within your page.

Hello Kjell! I found your page very interesting, yes it is not boring and that is very important, you have nice images, site is simple and it has to be, fonts are great, you choose responsive theme and that is great too. I like it. Is that a landing page or it has to be home page?

That is correct. As http://aidaffiliate.com/ is my webpage/blog for Aid Affiliate. http://aidaffiliate.com/start-home-based-business-online Is more a landing page, focusing on getting readers to test and signup for Wealthy Affiliate by itself.
