Thanks for this great info.

Wow, only 5% of conscious vs 95% of unconscious!?! Now, that is some food for thought right there. Can we influence this ratio or is this what we are stuck with?

Glad that listening to music is a good thing - I am a professional musician so it's great to know it's doing wanders from my brain (even though it doesn't always feel that way...)
