A Happy New Year To All! - Our Consciousness Is Evolving!

Happy New Year to the Wealthy Affiliate family! I only joined WA in October 2020 and I am joyfully hooked on the platform and the people in it. Thank you for all the encouragement and advice over the past few months, it has made the difference between my continuing on this endeavour and my giving up. Thanks to all of you I am FOCUSing (Follow One Path Until Succesful) on my online business with full confidence in my success!

If you've read this far into the post I would like to take a few parragraphs to address the change we are going through as a civilization at this very moment. This is going to get very existential and mystical, so be prepared if you decide to continue reading the post.

Our Collective Shift In Consciousness - It's Happening Now!

Unless you've been living in a cave in the Himalayan mountains (or any other cave), it is becoming painfully clear that the systems (institutional, social, technological, industrial, financial, commercial, etc) our species has relied on over the past 250 years are reaching their unnavoidable collapse. Chaos has been the norm since the beginning of the year. Tragedy has struck and people have suffered, this is sad.

But it's not all bad. Quite the contrary.

Our species is presently undergoing a shift in consciousness of a magnitutde never before seen on our planet. If you are alive now you are part of this shift, you are contributing to it just by being alive. This event has been predicted by ancient peoples around the world, from the Hopi people of America to the ancient Egyptians in the Book of Thoth.

And modern science is beginning to catch up to what these people had to say. I am a scientist by training, I demand the best evidence if I am going to adopt a new belief or give up another. And the evidence supporting that this shift is happening is overwhelming. If you know where to look.

Quantum physics, a branch of science which emerged in the 1920s which contradicted everything that was known then (and that many of us still believe now), has demonstrated irrefutably that everything in the universe is connected by an invisible energy field. More accurately stated, everything we perceive is the manifestation of that one energy field. In quantum physics it's called the quantum field. And everything emerges from it. The trees, flowers, bees, birds, you and I, we are all emergent phenomena of an underlying order which is beyond space and time. We are a 3D projection of a higher order, look up "The Holographic Model" if you are interested in learning more about this.

The quote by Rumi rings true "You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop."

In other words, we are each a reflection of the universe entire. And the universe is a reflection of each of us. Every time one of us awakens to this fundamental truth, ripples of change spread accross our collective consciousness, with no regard for space nor time.

Our species has lived out of harmony with the rest of the planet for long enough. We have unconsciously erected massive apparatuses which colectively herd us into complacent subservience, poison our bodies as well as the planet and inflict tremendous, unimaginable suffering on human beings, animals and plants alike.

We have been behaving as a cancer on the planet, cut off from the whole through our identification with the ego. Only a being which believes it is isolated from the rest of the universe would ever believe it had the right to kill and consume without remorse or restraint. That's exactly what cancer does, a cell or group of cells, begins to replicate without consideration of the greater organism of which it is a part. This continues until the greater being either heals itself of the cancer or dies.

We are in the process of healing. Of disedentifying with the ego and the structures it has erected while we slepwalked through life.

This is why everything seems so chaotic.

A New Consciousness Is Coming!

But rest assured, a wonderful, new consciousness is in the making. One which is in harmony with the universe, which values life and the infinite potential contained within every living being. One in which freedom and peace reign, where every human being has the chance to live a happy, healthy and prosperous life while contributing to the complexity of the whole, rather than destroying and pillaging as we currently do.

We are more than capable of this, every human has the power to live in balance and harmony with the environment. Just look at all the animals we share the planet with, they can all do this. Humans are no exception. We have just forgotten how to live this way.

But it is entirely within our power. Look at the native Americans, how harmoniously they lived with each other and their enrvironment, which they called Mother.

For evidence of this shift in consciousness I offer the following trends which are rarely, if ever, mentioned in the news:

We are living in the most peaceful time of our civilization's history. A hundred and sixty million people died in war during the 20th century, 32 million of those perished from 1900-1920. Compared to 1.2 million from 2000-2018. It's not perfect, but that's amazing progress (https://www.scaruffi.com/politics/massacre.html).
More and more people are becoming vegetarian, a movement with no precedent in our civilization's history, in which people begin to put the wellbeing of animals before their own pleasure.
Decentralized finance is coming to revolutionize the monetary system which has kept us enslaved to central banks since 1913, which is when the Federal Reserve of The united States was founded.
And the internet is acting as an avenuew of spiritual awakening, allowing messages from awakened people to spread with unprecedented speed. You are reading this now thanks to the internet.

These are just some of the signs, the ones which come to my mind now, but there are more. The discovery of quantum entanglement, the dramatic drop in infant mortality, the lifting out of extreme poverty of half of the world's population...

The news today is doing a tremendous job at spreading fear and mistrust, but rest assured, good change has been happening and is going to continue happening at an even faster rate. This apparent chaos is going to continue, but chaos always precedes great change.

And this change is bound to be good.

It is not in humanity's nature to be violent and hateful, we've just had a tumultuous and traumatic past. We are leaving that all behind and growing into the loving beings we have always been meant to be.

And I am thrilled to be alive today, together with all of you, in the midst of all this change, helping to bring about our new collective existence.
