Just a quick conversation on helping your referrals navigate the new user interface. I've seen so many members in the past mention that what they see in the training videos looks different than what they see on their screen so they "can't continue", and that's just with the minor updates we've had in the past.

This is now a full top to bottom user interface update, so let me show you how to help your referrals understand everything there is to learn about it while at the same time helping you be that great support coach you want to be πŸ‘πŸΌ

The faster you become an expert on the new UX and can share that with the new members the less attrition we will have. We need to also be reassuring on the temporary support slowdown as the team shifts focus which likely is requiring some additional training. Remember that most new members go to Site support about WA support issues and with the new UX support is handling a lot of volume of questions that have nothing to do with Site Support.

Yeah I feel like most Support tickets created aren’t really Support issues at all.

Yes, I have learnt that you have to search for solutions elsewhere before you can contact the support team.
Sometimes, with a little push you will be able to do it yourself.

Do I have to build up my list to get referrals?

When I talk about getting referrals I'm referring to WA's affiliate program, where you create content in the Make Money Online niche and promote WA as the vehicle for your target audience to do just that. So to find your audience and build referrals you can create quality content on your website, find them via YouTube with video content, do social media and email marketing, do a combination of all these things... it's totally up to you. Following WA's training basically walks you through finding your audience no matter your niche. πŸ‘πŸΌ

Building a list is a big boon to getting referrals as you can remarket them with new content, and share sales and bonuses with them etc...
