I don't see where it says to upload the picture. Maybe it's just not popping out at me. Are there themes that may not offer this feature I wonder?
Yes I am. For some reason I'm not seeing where it gives me the option to upload my picture. If I change my email address to my gmail account it shows the picture I want automatically.

Can I add a profile picture to my admin user on wordpress?

If you mean the pic in the top tab.
Go to plugins add new then add
All in one Favicon, then in settings
set the following with the pic you
uploaded to your media library.
GIF Frontend: upload.
GIF Backend: upload.
If you mean the gravitar associated with your email address
You need to add the email address to your gravitar account.
Ahah another piece to the puzzle. I forgot I had a gravitar associated with my gmail account and that explains where the picture automatically pops in when I change my email to gmail. I added WP Avatar, do you suggest Favicon over that?
Yes I recommend, All in one Favicon,
but it really depends on what you like.
They are both good.

I'm wondering how Jaaxy translates in the Canadian online marketplace as my new domains are .ca not .com?
Hi Erica,
Kyle and I are running our business from Canada and we use Jaaxy for all of our research. When your website ranks, it will receive traffic from many countries. Traffic estimates are based on what you can achieve from the search engines and is not domain specific.
A .ca will still rank globally, although we always suggest .com, .org, or .net in that order. A .ca domain will still be outranked by these domains even if the search comes through a Canadian search engine like Google.ca.
You may want to consider a .com, .org, or .net.
If you are running a local business then your content will target people in your local area, and the keyword data you get from Jaaxy will be very accurate.
The answer to your question is that Jaaxy data is absolutely relevant to you. Whether you rank with your .ca is another story.

Oh awesome!! I'm so used to websites being geared to the US that I assumed this would be the same (silly me). I chose .ca because my content is Canadian-specific, I've noticed in the past that some websites use both, like if you type in www.mywebsite.com it directs you to www.mywebsite.ca. Am I able to do something like that by owning both domains and pointing them to the same site? Would that help rankings at all?
Carson and I are both from Canada and many of the Jaaxy users are from Canada. Jaaxy provides you with worldwide search data so whether you are targeting local type search terms or more general one, it will provide you with the data that you need to run your business.
.ca domains are not usually recommended because they only rank well in Canada (not anywhere else) but for local more targeted search terms in Canada they can work well.
Jaaxy is definitely the tool you want to be using though.
Excellent news :) I've already upgraded to Jaaxy Pro and thought of that question afterwards. My websites are very Canadian specific so hopefully that won't affect my rankings too much?? I'd also consider owning both .ca and .com versions if that would help me rank better somehow?
