Three years since I upgraded to Premium

Hello:

I renewed my yearly subscription on Nov. 27th 2020, but somehow I can´t attend Jay's wonderful friday webinars. Instead I receive invitations to upgrade to Premium, which I did three years ago.
I can't access my websites either, nor send private messajes to Kyle to let him know about this.

I wish someone could help me. Thank you very much. Take care of yourselves.

Eugenio, log out of WA entirely.
Then flush the DNS cache.
This may clear the problem, it will also mean that you may need to reenter any saved passwords for other applications so make sure that you know ALL your passwords before doing this.
Log back into WA

Hi Eugenio, just wondering if you have been away from WA for awhile.
Either way you should have full access to everything a premium member is entitled to.

Just wondering your invoice is dated Nov. 27/2020 but you are making mention of this only now.

You mustn't be logged into your actual account.

You have to make sure the classes you want to see do not have a crown on it, if it does that is for the premium plus. The one with a diamond is for premium. Alicia
