My plans and goals for the next 6 months regarding WA

So having got to Course 4, Lesson 7 of the WA training programme, I am taking a little time to reflect on just how far I have come in such a short amount of time.
I only started with WA in the new year, and so far have managed, with the guidance of my WA training, to build a nice looking website, understand how plug-ins work, the difference between pages and blog posts, how content really is king, understand much more than I ever did before about keywords, SEO, evergreen content, and social media sharing - not bad in just a few short weeks!
What I am planning to do is to use the rest of this month to continue to build my site and follow the training as I have been doing, then launch a second niche site next month from scratch, and do the same step-by-step process as I am doing now.
For the remaining 5 months I then plan to continue to build and grow both sites and make them as good as I possibly can. I think running two sites would be my limit as I still need to work in the real world, and fitting any more in would probably stretch me too far.
What I would like to ask my WA family is - how many sites do you run on average yourself? Have you ever let your enthusiasm run away with you, and ended up biting off more than you could chew?
