How my WA lessons are helping me with other work too
I joined WA in early January this year, so very much still a noobie by many people's standards. However, the excellent training I have worked through so far has enabled me to become a bit more thoughtful about my regular work.
The in-depth training you get with WA, especially about how to craft your web content and write your posts, has made me look at how I put together articles and blog posts for my own clients.
Looking back at some of the work I have done for others since I started at WA, I can see that with regular informal style articles I am far more conversational that I was before. I am talking directly to the reader and asking them questions within the text in a persuasive manner that will lead them to agreeing with my POV.
I can see what a powerful skill this is to develop, and how mixing in these types of posts on my website is far better than just writing endless product reviews.
So far I am only on Course 5, Lesson 6, so there are far more lessons to go before I complete my training here. I cannot wait to find out what I will learn next!

I like the term transferable skills, it's certainly what happens here I agree! I've also found my memory improving funnily enough, it must be all the brain exercise!
Hmmm.... yes Kathy - transferable skills! I like that :)
I think the training has also helped me to concentrate better too. Although my site has not made me any money yet, I don't begrudge paying for the training as it is helping me improve the quality of my every day writing :)
I know! I really would like to study here full-time, if only life would stop getting in the way lol! :D
