It has taken me two years to work my way to level 5 at People Per hour, and the introduction of the visual scale last year has certainly motivated me to get there.
This achievement has made me take stock of my progress here at WA too. Although a relative newcomer only having joined in January this year, I can see that each and every post I create for my site, and every lesson I complete in my WA training is a also moving me along an imaginary sliding scale of success.
I am even thinking about creating a motivational visual poster to put up at home that I can add a sticky dot or tick to each time I add to my site or complete a lesson. Something like this could prove useful for those frustrating days where everything seems to be going wrong, or I am just having a bad day. I can simply look at the chart and feel encouraged to carry on.
