Made $5,152 on the Sale of my Website!
Hello WA members, it's been a while since I posted here. Hopefully, this post will encourage those not seeing any results with their online business. This business takes time to build and grow. A website can take up to two years to fully start seeing success. It can get discouraging; I have often wanted to give up and quit.
My advice is don't give up! Keep pushing forward even when you don't see immediate results. Success does and will happen in due time. If I can do it, you can do it. I have yet to become rich from building websites but have made progress and learned most of what I know from this excellent community we call Wealthy Affiliate.
This post is about success! I'm pleased to announce that I recently sold one of my websites for $5,152 through a company called Motion Invest, owned by Spencer Haws of Niche Pursuits. The sales process was much easier than I thought it would be. It took a little over a month from start to finish. What amazed me was that the site sold within a few hours of being put up for sale on the Motion Invest Website.
Don't Give Up!
Although this is not a huge amount of money, you must remember that I only worked on this website part-time. If I could work at this full time, I know it would have made a lot more. I know it's hard in the beginning when nothing seems to be happening but trust me, you will see progress in time with enough effort, you will succeed!
The training here at WA does work! Follow it, and you will go far!!

Congratulations. I love reading a post on this subject. My plans once i have my main site up and fleshed out a bit is to build a new site per month so within 12-18 months I can start trying to flip one per month.

No sites with a siterubix.com extension are not owned by members and cannot be sold. The main domain is owned by WA. Only a main domain can be sold that you are the owner of.
That's amazing good for you! I would find it hard to let go after I put in all that work, but hey if that's the way to go then why not! you see things happen for a reason, even though you nearly gave up, because of the time it took, it paid off big time in the end. Well done and keep going with you new ventures👍

In my humble opinion, spinning domains could be a very good "side hustle".
I have come to realise that a lot of people struggle to get started.
Selling them a domain and website that is already built and welcoming visitors is added value.

Congrats on your selling of the site. Having a strong drive is the best way to go and results happen being persistent. Takes time as I know and I'm striving and being optimistic. I have my niche now 11 months and I am going to continue and best of luck to your continued success.
