I relocated to the North Western part of my country a couple of months ago. This was after early retiremen from my employment. Most of my time was spent working on the Copperbelt wo on the Copper mines and I spent some years at an exciting precious gem mining company. That is a mouth full of a story for another day. Where I am now is also an all go to new Copper mining town. Upon arrival, I found that, where once stood our village is the main gate of the sprawling Copper mine with the highest Copper output in my country. The big tree, where my siblings played still stands tall a few metres from the main gate.

Barely had I been in this location a few weeks than I decided to check the central business district and alas,I was astonished at the so much change that had occurred in the once small rural provincial capital. I noticed new buildings all over and I could see some of the companies I used to deal with when I was a buyer in the previous province. These companies had also moved to a province which had become a preferred destination for businesses to come and invest in. It is important to see opportunity and move with modern trends as we are rightly doing here on Wealthy Affilliate. One can only ignore at one's peril in the end as I did when I was so engrossed with the living on the Copperbelt province when my mother told me to relocate and see what was becoming of the place.

As I walked along the busy main Central business district road, which passes in the centre of the town, looking at the names of of the businesses on both sides of the road, someone repeatedly called me by shouting, Eeeh! Eeeh! At first I did not look behind. When the shouting persisted I did look behind. The man who was calling pointed at a car and said that it was someone in the car who wanted to talk to me. I approached the car and as the front passenger door flung open, I looked and to my utter suprise someone I knew when he was a young boy some Seventeen years ago came out.

He was the young boy by then, whom my family took off the notorious streets of the town in which I was living, decided and agreed to start staying with. He was welcomed and treated like one of my family. He fitted in well with the girl children who encouraged him. We took him to the church where we used to fellowship and he became a member of the church.

We hugged passionately and greeted excitedly. He asked me into the car, where sat a lady who I came to find out later was his wife and told the driver to take us straight to his home. While at his home, he told me how he met a white man in the church when he had been given an opportunity to share the word of God. It was the white man who identified a passion to reach out to people in him and sponsored him for a degree course in Theology. After his graduation, he pastored a church in the city, where I lived with him before he was selected out of three pastors, one of whom has a master's degree in Theology to go and head a central district church in the town where we both are now. There is even a big school which he oversees within the premises, where his home is.

I was formally introduced to his wife and the children. It was a humbling experience to be appreciated as having been the person who saved the young man who is now a powerful minister of the word of God. He told the wife that, for him to be where he was, it was because of me otherwise he did not know where he could have ended up remembering the gunshots on the streets in the city. The lovely children he has now were told, "This man you see here is as good as your grandfather because he is like a fatherto me."

While his wife prepared a sumptuous meal in my honour, he told me to accompany him to town to collect some cash from his bank to pay some bills. He gave me some money further in appreciation. We got back to a meal I have enjoyed in a long time and I thanked him for it. He only answered by saying that I was at peace to enjoy the meal as I had been instrumental in a way in contributing to who he had become. He confessed that, he would not have been around by now, had it not been fo my family taking him off the streets where he was a street kid.

I shared with him also that after my time with the mines, I was now on Wealthy Affiliate doing internet business and had finished level two of online entreprenuership certification and had started the Bootcamp as well. My desire, goals and plans were to go on and have my Lovely brand online from being an undergound miner. My passion is to help others as usual have opportunity as I had done for him, this time around to let them know and see that they can too have their own online businesses and be an authority on the internet.

He agreed and encouraged me after which we parted company with pleasantries.
