I have been out drumming up potential Team Members to take a stake in this http://www.cancerribbontattoos.org/ project and doing so has involved additional hours of conversation and what-not. It's helped me see the need to be concise and specific in the articulation of the project, which in turn, has led me to the creation of what is called a PROJECT INITIATION DOCUMENT (PID).
