What is the most important thing you must do to be in the top 100 rank in WA
Help people!
Don't try to game the system.
The WA rank has nothing to do with your online success.
Answer questions, help in the chat. Create helpful training.
But be sure to only answer questions if you really know the answer.
Too many people answer with stuff like:
"I don't know the answer, but I hope you will find it."
Stuff like this is not helpful.
It's even worse if people give wrong answers...
If you don't climb up the rank naturally, then it's just not meant to be.

This is a community about helping others, Edijahah. Since you have already started the Certification, you must have heard Kyle talk about "paying it forward", which simply means that as you receive help, you extend help to others. Even as a new member with limited knowledge, you can offer encouragement to others.
The best way to do this is to hang out on the platform and read the different posts, questions, and see what's happening on Live Chat.
Just a word of caution: this can be very addictive, so, I would encourage you to set aside a specific timeframe for that activity, especially since you're still going through the Certification, which is priority.
