I NaveedaA, even though I have been on Pinterest, I think you to repin you just simply go to the pin you want to repin and click on "pin it".

You can also do it that way:) not as effective but a good start

You are doing a nice job on pinterest with your call to action pictures. You need to add pictures, with call to action statements, to each blog post and then pin them, as well.
