Hello all, hope everyone had a great weekend! Ok, so it is a little late in the day but still without internet (getting it hooked up this afternoon, finally). As I was reading and drinking bulletproof coffee (see my website fit2bhealthe.net for more info on what is bulletproof coffee) anyway, I looked down only to see a wacky smiling face looking up at me. A sign that not only is this day going to be positive, but a sense of wacky happiness as well.

Working on getting my schedule down this week now that I will have internet.
