Keep On Keeping On
Its been a long day, I spend most of my day with elderly seniors who have varying degrees of dementia. By the time I leave to go home, I too feel burnt out and exhausted.
Today as I was driving home I was listening to a discussion on the radio. I perked up and paid a little attention.
Going for a walk in the fresh air, is better than any vitamin or potion for retaining a healthy brain.
Going for a walk when you feel tired and brain drained is better than having a 5:00 pm before dinner appertitive.
Going for a walk after dinner is better than sitting down to watch TV.
Going for a walk can help clear the jumble in your head and help you get it down on a list.
Going for a walk to the grocery store is much better than driving. I have found I buy less and its good for me.
So while I get myself ready to delve into another lesson, after dinner, after my walk I am hopeful that it becomes a little clearer.
Putting the pieces together for great things, and in doing that more great things will come along.
Go for that walk, your brain and your body will thank you many times over

Hi Elizabeth, thank you for sharing that, it is so true.
Working and creating online it can be so easy to get bogged down as the minutes slip into hours, there is nothing quite as reinvigorating as taking a step back and getting out into the fresh air.
Highly recommended, to recharge and refocus.
Going for a walk is good exercise and it helps to clear the mind. Great post, thanks for sharing.
