Let me Be Clear
I would never eat an elephant, I alove eldphants I love that they are so motherly and I especially admire the matriarchs.
I am a matriarch of my family. I love the word it makes me feel kind of queenly. Problem is I have a very small family so I donot have a great big flock to mother.
How Not To Eat An Elephant
I just started this new venture, Wealthy Affiliate and I am just loving it, the training, the connection, even the help. It seems to be coming from strangers I only know here.
I am working through the training and this morning, I always try to devote about 2 hours so that I can research and learn. This morning though I feel a heavy weight., my brain is having a discussion and its not letting me in on it. It wants me to stop stretching and learning. Its too much to take on, its new stuff that needs to be learned. Its causing me major confusion and all the while I am telling my brain to stop, to take five let me work this out.
So, really, its overwhelm, and it feels like I am trying to eat an elephant. I want results, we all do. We are here becasue we need to provide for us, I need to pay my bills and rent. I think about everyday going to get another job. I already have two. Its enough, I want this and I am willing to put in the work. The beauty is if I put in the work and then take Action, I will get there.
So I am going to take a tiny bite and not worry about where I want to get or need to get, but enjoy the journey I am going on. I will get there.

Elizabeth, I like your comparison to the elephant in your blog, I wanted instant gratification $-wise, and I had to step back and think "baby steps" one at a time.
