I want to change my billing from yearly to monthly
You can, however believe would start from the expiry of your yearly.

I went there - clicked monthly - paid the monthly fee (my yearly subscription is up May 1st) - but nothing changed under my account - subscriptions - it still says yearly

And check the ending date of of my last invoice, presuming if done correctly it may say June 1st and if not.
I would write to Billing

And explain exactly what you have done, they will look into your account and advice you further.
I received an email saying that as of May 1st my billing will be monthly.

from jay's videos doesn't work - if I click on it it simply reloads the video back to the beginning

You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh and try again. Try URL in a different browser or mobile device.
Tried all that - nothing works, I do not have this problem with any other video on any other platform

It is chrome - I downloaded Firefox and full screen works fine using Firefox.

why there is no scroll bar on my dashboard?
never mind I changed the appearance setting to small and then back to medium and it showed up but now the scroll bar on chat is missing (but that doesn't matter to me)
Hi, may be you're wanting empty browsers cache refresh and try again. Or try in a new browser or mobile device.
I can scroll down WA dashboard unless it is another dashboard.

How can I see all the responses to my search that I enter in the search bar?
if you can use a mouse to click on the right hand slider and drag it down you can see the off screen results...
or reduce the size of your screen by using the zoom in your browser

or i jut clciked in the members bar at the top of the results and it allowed me to scroll down the panel....
I'm not sure if I understand fully. Which search bar? and which responses are you expecting to see?
When I enter a word or phrase in the search bar at the top of any page (bar next to the WA logo on top) A window of results pop up. I can only see the results that fit on the page - but there are more beneath them that I can't get to (no scroll bar)
I can see all results this end, the last thing in the list is a lace where you can ask a question yourself, if the answer isn't already there. Which term are you entering, and I'll try replicating your exact query this end?
just put in the word 'spam' and you will see some member handles and then some posts and you can see that there are more that you can not see. I can not get to them
I've just typed in spam and screenshotted the results. Do you see the scroll bar on the right of your screen, like on mine?
Yes but my scroll bar (for whatever reason ) only scrolls the screen behind the search window it does't affect the search window as shown in your example. don't know why
Which browser are you using? IE, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari etc? And are you on Windows or Mac?
Same here, it should be scrooling in that case. Do you have a mouse with a scroll wheel or using a touchpad on a laptop?
