I'm trying to put more content/photos on my website. I linked URL's on the sub menus which will lead the reader to some google images, which means would redirect them to googl

Hey Elisha,

Why you would want to offer links away from your website from your menu is confusing, as this could easily add to your site's bounce rate... decreasing your website's value to Google searches.

Please, stick with EXACTLY what Kyle is teaching you in the lessons so that once you have completed the lessons your website will be ranking better than if you try adding on a whim what you perceive as content.

Stop worrying about having your website built overnight. It takes time to create a quality website that will rank well in Google search results.

Hope you find this helpful.

Hello Trish,

Hi, thank you for that. You answered exactly what I'm confused about. but when placing a sub menu you have to put a URL.. otherwise the menu will not be created. that's why I added an outside link.. how is that now Trish?

I appreciate your reply, really

Which lesson are you referring to that states you have to create a sub menu as one of the Tasks, Elisha?

Hey there Trish!

It's just that I came across Kyle's lesson that he put some sub menu, it was just an example.. to make the page more sophisticated. Now I wanted to put some.. but it's okay. I already deleted the URL's connecting to the google pages.

=) followed your advise..
I am now continuing with Kyle's lessons, however. As I continue with the training.. more questions are now being answered.

Thanks for the concern!
Have a nice day Trish =)

Good to know that you are prepared to stick with the lessons and only complete the tasks at the end of the lessons only.

We do tend to get ourselves in trouble whenever we wonder off from the lessons provided.

Asking questions is a good sign that you are paying attention to the lessons. You CAN do this, I just know you can. :-)
