Cut its leaves and bring it to boil until the water turns pale green.
Remove the mixture and put one on coffee cup, and the rest on a basin.
Remove your vest and shirt then with the mixture in the basin, cover yourself with a blanket to allow the steam of the hot mixture penetrates all over your body parts until the mixture becomes cold.
Make sure you sweat thoroughly and no steam coming outside.
Finally, with the cold mixture, go and take bath with it.then after bath relax yourself by drinking the mixture in the cup you putted, wait for results.
