Recently i bought a domain that got google indexed within a week! Then I created a free domain on siterubix which still hasn't been google indexed, and it's been about 2 weeks if not more. Is there a higher chance that paid domains get indexed quicker or am I doing something wrong when it comes to plugins? Has anyone else's experienced something similar to this?

It's likely a domain will be indexed faster than a subdomain. You can speed things up by using Google Search Console. How to Get Your Content Indexed in Google within Hours
