Why I didn't received the comment my daughter made in my site?
I told my children to help me promote my site. She opened my site in her phone and left a comment. She even shared it on Facebook. That's what she said but I didn't see her comment. WA also didn't notify me that there's a new comment that needs approval.
I asked her again if she pressed the button 'Post' after writing the comment. She said yes, she did. So what happened?
Have you experienced the same issue? Please help enlighten me on what could have possibly happened.

Well, that's interesting, Eli -- did her comment show up on FB? ... sometimes, it's the traffic on servers -- they still go in batches, i think ... so depending upon the time of day and volume ...
....and this is the weekend -- things are generally a bit slower ... anyway, if it still persists past Monday, suggest send for a service request through Help Center>>Site Support for resolution ...

If your daughter made a comment directly to your site, you won't get an email from WA. You only get emails from them if the comment is through the Site Comments platform.
You should get an email from WordPress, however. If you open up your website dashboard, you should see that there is a comment waiting for approval.

When you say dashboard, are you talking about logging into your back office. Also, go into your website and see if the comment is there. If so you can answer it within the site. Jim
Dashboard in WP. Anyway, thanks for the comment. The comment might appear later or probably my daughter forgot to post or add her email add. We don't know the mishaps. Also, relaxed to know that this is a rare occurrence. I hope I won't experience this again later.
Hey FYI when you look at the word website on the dashboard there will be a number 1 or 2 depending on how many comments there are pending in red. Hope this helps and It finally shows up.
