Why I didn't received the comment my daughter made in my site?

I told my children to help me promote my site. She opened my site in her phone and left a comment. She even shared it on Facebook. That's what she said but I didn't see her comment. WA also didn't notify me that there's a new comment that needs approval.
I asked her again if she pressed the button 'Post' after writing the comment. She said yes, she did. So what happened?
