Not My Choice

It's a sad day for me. I got a notification that my payment didn't go through. I have asked Kyle to send my payment through again because the money is there but as of today it hasn't been done. So I may have to leave this wonderful platform but not by my choice.

I'm not sure what else to do so if anyone else has any suggestions please let me know. I would be happy no thrilled to hear anything so I can stay.

as we know, everything is accomplished on-line here, so here's another option to send a message on the Contact sheet -- if i recall correctly, our tech. guru Marion suggested it for someone awhile ago ... simply fill in the prompts .... service might be faster this way ... can only give it a try! ...

Don't you get a few days' grace period before you have to leave? I know it is sometimes hard to get hold of Kyle...hopefully he will see your message in time. We don't want to lose you.

I first got notice on the 4th. I sent Kyle a PM before the weekend and the message said my payment would be re-tried on Monday but as of yet it hasn't been so I'm may have my account cancelled by WA due to this.

This happened to me before. They will try again, just be patient. The timing may be programmed through the bank and just didn't go through when they thought it would. I'm pretty sure your membership won't be canceled after just one missed attempt at payment, especially if the money is available.
