Do Great Things In Life!
Hey guys,
I'm still around and well. I have started a new website which you are more than welcome to check out on my profile. I have it listed under the "follow me" section. Of course, I can't list it here because that's a no-no but check out my profile.
I also want to thank any of you that have left me comments.
They have been GREAT and I'm truly humbled.
Sorry I don't have many pictures but I haven't figured out how to get my Android phone and my windows laptop to communicate.
If anyone can help with this I would be grateful.
Elaine

hey hi Elaine -- good to see you 'tried & true!' ....
looks like you've got a good thread going here -- technology!
same here for me -- different devices with different plugs -- how about a good ol' fashioned USB port to port to get your pics from your phone over to your laptop? .... hope that might work? ...
there's synch. technology and now 'tap' .... so suggest next time when purchasing anything new -- i'd check to make sure it's all compatible for the functions that you want it to do!
keep well, keep happy, all the best, cheerio ... ⭐️🎈
Hey Keisha,

Hi Elaine, good to see you are still in the game and all is well. Best wishes with your new site.
To sync your phone to your computer.
- go to settings on your phone.
- scroll down to accounts
- select Your email account click sync.
- if your email is different then just add the account and then click sync.
Hope that helps.
Hey Alex,
I have done this and my pictures are uploaded somewhere in la-la land on my laptop. Thanfully I still have them on my phone!!!

Hi Elaine, oh no they will be there, try looking in pictures on your laptop.
The idea of syncing is that we can share images and files across devices and access them from any linked device, emails would be a classic example of this, we can access them from a laptop that is connected or from our phone.
The basic and probably one of the best ways is just to simply plug your phone into your laptop using the USB cable from your phone's charger and then just follow the on-screen instructions which are usually easy enough o follow.
Hi Elaine, I look forward to checking the website out. If you have a wire for your phone (your charging wire should do it) plug that into your laptop. If you then go to 'My computer' hopefully you will see your phone there. Double click on it. This should open your phone (On your laptop) so you can see folders. With luck you'll see a folder called 'DCIM' (Or Camera/pictures) This should have your pictures in...Let me know if you get stuck. Be well.
Hey John,
It's good to hear from you. My daughter walked me through this also, these same steps. But I don't where the pictures uploaded to on my laptop. I have checked EVERY folder I can see but they are nowhere to be found!!!

Hi Elaine, in this process the photos don't upload, you can just drag them onto your desktop or copy them onto your desktop.
It can be a pain.
Hey Tommy,
Thanks for reading and commenting on my blog. I have been having fun with this new website!!!

Hi Elaine!
Building up as they say
- Do you have bluetooth on both devices? If so, try that.
- Does your laptop have a usb port? If so, try to plugin your android with the usb. Check on the internet if there is software available for the transfer of data between your android and laptop. Check with the brand of your android.
- do you use the cloud? just synchronise your decices, no need of whatever so (best option)
Ps
Hey hey
Sites look great

Hi Elaine! Glad to hear everything is going well. I'll stop at your new site...maybe grab me some hints that will help me. I have OneDrive on my phone (Android) and on my laptop. All picture sync to the Cloud on my laptop. Once uploaded you can always delete pictures on your phone because now it's in the clouds, saving valuable storage on your phone. Or you can check gallery to see if your pics landed there. Mine are always copied there and I'm not sure why! LOL Good luck to you!
Yay Us!! 🌟
