Dread out; hope and work in

I created my first website and suddenly developed cold feet. I asked myself, what the heck are you doing? You don't know anything about this stuff? Yes, I do not. So I hung back from continuing training for about a week. I remembered how I have never been a tech person, IT person, online person...whatever name you choose to call it. I remembered how busy I am and how I do not need to add more to my plate. I looked for reasons to not continue and I found them.

Then I remembered why I joined WA and went premium. The promise of support, the evidence of support, the lovely people on here and the trainings that are so easy to understand. Even to a complete newbie like me. I told myself I can do this! But I will never know until I try. I remembered that I can ask for help. I just need to be willing to ask.

Timidly, I waddled back to WA. I looked at some blog posts, looked at questions asked, read other uplifting articles and decided that I need to create reasons to continue. Instead of thinking I don't have the time, I can create time or adjust my schedule to fit this in. Instead of thinking about how much I don't know, I can be excited about how much I ma going to learn. I have a why and I am not slowing down.

I am learning to move at my own pace. That was one thing that was really stressing me out. I wanted to zip through and my body was not having it. Once I slowed down, I found my niche! I'm so excited about it and very positive for my online journey. I am so hopeful. Now back to work I go.

So to anyone out there who is wondering whether to keep at it or not; I offer my story as a beacon of hope to you.
