Beginning my Journey: Day Five
My good-hearted and long-suffering husband supported me years ago when I left the corporate world to become a teacher. This resulted in a rather substantial drop in earnings.
Ten years later, I feel I am getting the hang of teaching... There continue to be significant changes in my professional world, but I am confident I can meet the needs of my students.
It is time to launch something that might begin to make up for our depleted bank account these many years. I have spent seemingly endless hours examining get-rich-quick schemes, all of which left me feeling anxious and unhappy. All - until I found WA last week.
I am so grateful for WA and all its amazing resources. I feel calm and confident and energized by my time and progress here. The training is painless. The support is boundless. I feel I am truly on my way.
So, day five. Before long, I will have completed the first two courses. I have begun two sites and am about to begin a third. In this process, I tripped across an old blog I'd begun and abandoned years ago. I now realize why I was writing for myself alone, ha!, and may steal from the old me to create new content for the new.
Back to work. I am trying to squeeze in as much training as possible during my vacation week. Wish me well, and I send my best wishes to all of you.
