Hey All! Is there is a way to provide FTP Access to a seo manager?
personally i would get support to create a temporary ftp access as giving away your main ftp access will give them full access whenever they want....
why would an seo manager need ftp access - as the site works on wordpress then they should be working within the wordpress environment...
Go to your Hub, click the three dots on your domain and click Website Details. Under Domain details, you'll see the FTP Username and Password.

Hey All! Is there is a way to provide FTP Access to a seo manager?
To access the FTP for your website you will want to go to your SiteManager page. You can access this under the SiteRubix menu, under "SiteManager".
Here is the direct link:
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites
Once you are on that page, you will want to click the "Details" button for the given site you want the FTP information for (see screenshot).
Upon doing this, it will take you to the details page that provides you with all of your website details, including your FTP details (see screenshot attached).

After Connecting my WA to Jaaxxy account my save keywords all gone & isn't updated! please help me recover it ASAP.

Not sure if this will help you or not, but the screen print below shows you where I found mine. You might want to see if that's where yours are for you too.

This is the keywords made by WA I am referring to my keywords before they integrate WA Tool with Jaaxy, I can't find my saved keywords there!

WA Site comment tool not working, I requested comments on my post & still didn't get any after 1 day, can anybody help please.
Kyle, I already chosen comments to deliver as soon as possible, that's why I got confused why after 1 day I didn't recieve any comments!
Did you request the comments immediately or drawn over a span of 7 days. If 7 days, the comments will be distributed over this time so you may have set it up this way, but you absolutely will get your comments. Not to worry!
I didn't have that happening so far.
Maybe people don't want to comment on your article?!
What was it about?
People can skip it, if they don't want to comment on it.
Have you checked on SiteComments that your request is still open?

When you see that notice its an internal issue and you just have to give it time, If It persists send a ticket to site support.
