HI, everyone. I am struggling to even get started on writing any of my content at all. I mean i do have like a sentence or two written down. but nothing else is coming up. I fe

You can search what real people are asking as in Questions, Prepositions, Comparisons, in the past, letters and query. It is also great if someone wants to write a thorough research based article.
Other sources include https://Quora.com, https://Answers.com, https://AnswerThePublic.com, YouTube search engine etc.
You may research other peoples work however all content must be originally written in your own words.
Also I wouldn't know what was your chosen niche, Emily! However I would hope for something I am passionate and genuinely interested and know lots about the flow of content would then flow naturally.
one topic is writing (Ironic, i know). and the other is about survivng abuse. the one i am focusing tonight is writing.

I take a break, go for a walk or read other material on the subject to get inspired.

Re you passionate about your niche? Are you excited about helping people with it? Do you have a vision of what you could do?
How about taking your niche idea and doing a browser search to see what your competition is doing. Do you like what you see? Do you see ways you could do it better? Get an idea of what you can do.
