We all experience ups and downs in our lives, when we are down, sometimes it is hard for us to remember that it is only a temporary season in life and that it will be awhile and we will be up again. The way we deal with the thinking that is in our heads is the one that makes the difference in our mood. We, as humans, we have the power to manage them and their impact on us, which we usually forget.

3 things to do when you're up:
1. Gratitude - No matter how good you feel. And how good you are at a good time in your life. Always acknowledge what is in your life right now and say thank you, it will make your feeling stronger.
2. Be Positive - Always stay positive and good things will happen to you, this sentence is not just said, and we all know deep down that positively attracts positively.
3. Be present - live and appreciate the present, today it will not return. Yesterday belongs to the past, and the future is tomorrow. You have to live your day to the fullest.
3 things to do when down:
1. Gratitude - Yes, I know the same point as above. Expressing thanks opens you to receiving, which gives you an energetic lift. Do it even if your heart's not in it.
2. Laugh as much as you can - Laughter always turns a bad attitude into a good one. Make a point to laugh every day. Find a way to laugh at yourself, rather than criticize yourself for a mistake you might have made. Research has found humor to be extremely powerful in reducing stress, improving mood, and strengthening the immune system to fight off illnesses ranging from cold to cancer.
3. Healthy nutrition- It's not new that Poor nutrition can cause depression and can lead to illness. Eat balanced meals. Decrease alcohol, caffeine, and sugar.
