Why am I banned from making comments?
I am just wondering why I got banned in the offer comments area? My last two comments were approved. I wasn't banned then. Now, today, I see I am banned.
This is really frustrating since I am part of the SWAG group and need to make comments and get comments.
How long does the ban last? Does anyone know?

Send a message to Site Support and ask them to unban you.
That has worked for several members.

usually there is a small explanation from the person rejected the comment. From that you should have an idea why it is.
Do not know how long a ban lasts, but I would contact support about that if I were you.

do you have a link to it Shirley? I vaguely remember being on it once and wondering why both it and the SiteComments platform both existed separately but in this case a good idea!

When I go into private message Kyle, it brings me to make a question on here instead. I don't know how to get to him directly.
A box comes up that have 6 selections. Everyone of them ends with me putting my question in here
Yeah, it's really frustrating. There is a way to get through to Kyle, but it's not clear. Every time I try to PM him, I spend 10 minutes figuring out how to do it because they system keeps trying to dump me into the public question area.
Go to his profile, click the private message button, and when it asks the category of your question, click "Report Content". That goes directly to Kyle and/ or Carson.
