The First Million Dollars Is The Hardest To Earn!
I was fortunate to grow up in a middle class family. My best friend from the age of 5 (still my BFF some 54 years later) had a father who was insatiable about earning money. He is strongly Mennonite and gives back so much to the community.
As a young curious girl, I would sit at their dinner table (we alternated nights-dinner at her house on even school days and odd nights at my house)!
Mr Millionaire loved that I was interested in his life journey from the Ukraine as farmers, to crawling across Europe at the beginning of WWII to avoid religious persecution, to ending up in Abbotsford as a wealthy farming family, to learning how to negotiate selling produce, to driving trucks of produce to finding a book with "10 Steps On How To Become A millionaire"!
The Key Was Real Estate
Mr Millionaire knew in the late 1960's and 1970's that land was where the value lay!
He began buying up every piece of land he could afford.
He started his own Real Estate Brokerage company!
He bough the most valuable pieces of land in Vancouver British Columbia Canada in the 80's...then in 1986 Expo came to town and Vancouver exploded onto the global Marketplace!
Mr Millionaire and his trusted cousin became the first ever Steel and Concrete Builders outside of the usual big players to build on Burrard Street in Downtown Vancouver!
And He Shared His Genius With Little Old Me!
I was studying at University to become a health professional with a steady wealth building plan in my future!
But, Mr Millionaire shared with me his priceless book!
I too made my first Million by age 20 and many more since!
Making money can be fun in and of itself...especially when you give it away anonymously...my favourite thing to do!

Indeed the 1st Million is the sweetest but even the small commissions are fun.
I loved reading your story and that you made your 1st Million by age 20 and how that you followed the great advice.
It took me much longer, I was almost 30 years old so a decade longer for me.

You , as you know, are the WA Member who got me started on the Earning Online path November 6, 2016! I will never forget it!
It was the simplest and easiest money that I ever earned!
I grew up with an extremely strong work ethic...washing neighbours' cars for a quarter, mowing lawns, delivering newspapers in the freezing rain, babysitting..you name it!
I have been ever so fortunate to be blessed by mentors like you Tony!
My BFFs Dad is still alive at 88 years old!
He gets up at 6:00 am every morning, showers, reads the newspaper and drives himself to his downtown office every day...except Sundays for church!
He has started his own Business Based University and loves every minute of his life!
It is incumbent upon us to Share and Care and Wealthy Affiliate is full of us "Sharers and Carers"!

Wow, no I have never had a mentor in my life and to be honest have really just floated along with it, have a comfortable life but want to be financially free.
