Hi everyone,

I want to share with you another great video by Erick Thomas.

He did this TGIM on April 2010. That's nearly 7 years ago and he keeps going strong!

The theme of the video is about Keeping things in perspective.

Sometimes, we are blind and ignore all the blessings that we have. We focus on all the negative things or the things that we don't have when others have it much worse than us. Everybody has problems but we have to focus on the positive things in our lives rather than the negative. When we do this we will realize that we have so many things to be happy about.

ET then talks about the concept Don't talk about it which is Not talking about the negative things and things that are out of your control that you cannot change. My own conclusion about this is that we must stop talking and complaining about the things we cannot change and change the things we can, like our attitude and spirit. We have to do the things we can to improve our lives.

Third, It's MANAGEABLE. ET also mentions about taking things one day at a time. Sometimes, the task or life might seem enormous and overwhelming but if we go and break it into peaces, if we focus on the day and we do our best we can get through it .
