Every Journey Begins With A Single Step!

So it has been a little more than a week site I joined WA and I have been busy going through courses along with researching keywords and finding a niche which was surprisingly easy.

Once I determined the niche, the next step was to determine if the keyword list research would support the niche long term. I have to say that Jaaxy made my searching easier than any other product I have used before, for example Longtail Pro. Just in my preliminary search I was able find 15 keywords that could potentially yield good traffic but my goal is to research as many as possible.

The next step was to get the technical items out of the way to make room for content creation. It took a few hours to setup the taxonomy or structure of the site but once that was finished I began to develop a content schedule that I will hold myself accountable.

Now that I have a plan this is where the rubber meets the road. I sat at my desk and just began writing and writing and writing. By the time I was done I have enough information in a framework that I could use to create two articles.

So I did just that, I refocused my attention and over the next two days wordsmithed two well thought out and engaging articles. You can imagine that I am excited about my articles but I know that I am not done, so, before writing this post I completed the third article.

The goal moving forward is to continue to write 3 new articles per week and write a detailed summary of my experience here. The future posts will cover everything from the niche that I picked to keyword research and finally the launch of the site and stats.
