I'm trying to sign up for link share. I've entered all the information. I've scrolled to the bottom of their terms and agreement, and even downloaded it. It still won't let me
I was having the same problem. I tried a different browser and it let me accept the terms on IE but not on chrome.
It's tough when your limited to so many affiliate programs... They had some really good ones with damn good payouts too. Just disappointing with no rhyme or reason to it.

I just thought I would add my two pennies worth to this question. I tried signing up for this affiliate with Chrome also and it wouldn't work so I tried Firefox. At first it wouldn't work but then I cleared the Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and History and it worked. Just out of curiosity, I tried doing the clearing in Chrome but it still would not work. So IE and Firefox are the only browsers that will accept the Agreement. FYI.
