Call Tracking Advice? Tools?

I have completely rebuilt my employer's website from the ground up. Now that I have the foundation in place and everything is running smoothly, I need to start tracking how well it is converting.
By the nature of our business (Memorial Headstones), most people would rather deal with us in person than make an online purchase (Side note: I'm still working on convincing them it would be worth it to have an eCommerce option as well...they're warming up to it as they begin to see how our customer base is becoming more and more technology literate). Because of that, I need to be able to track exactly how many inquiries are being made through the contact form and through the phone calls being made by people who come through the website.
Tracking the contact form submissions is easy, but where I'm struggling is with tracking the phone calls. Does anyone have any advice on how best to track phone calls coming from a website? Or any tools you would recommend?

P.S. It just goes to show that what you learn here at WA is extremely useful and beneficial! I have a monthly contract with my employer now to operate and manage their website. Plus I got an initial, much larger, payment for the rebuild! I'll also get another large payment once they give me the go-ahead to set up the ecommerce site. I didn't know how to do any of this before I joined WA!
