Can you give me some directions?
As I move on through the trainings I have some issues with my wesites and my personal profiles in social media. How do you saparate both, I mean I have my daughter's baby pictures in my profile and then try to look professional to any audience. Should I create new profiles?
Also, I have all my posts and websites done in English and my profiles in social media in my native language which brings conflict. How do I tackle this?
And, if I have three different niche websites on completely different topics, should I manage them under one google + and facebook account orhave a different one for any niche?
I would appreciate any suggestions.

It is easy to start a business Facebook account. I have multiple Google accounts, and I will only use Google plus for business purposes. I assume I can have a Google Plus on each account. LinkedIn, to my knowledge, is a single account for you. (I will include each niche in my profile.)
I am not too excited about social media, but do have those accounts. However, I will keep business from my personal life. I am already annoyed how some people have used my social media to cross from one side of the family to the other, and from the church into my family. So, as I take the time to tighten things up for privacy I anticipate fall out.
All that said, I strongly advise you to set up business only accounts. It will take some time to do it, but I think you will be glad you did it. If you want your family to know what you are doing, do a private post to them. If they want to follow your business, it is their choice. You are not the one that opened them to strangers.
One side of my family has a family only Facebook account. That has been working out real well for all of us. There are at least five generations in it. I enter it and engage freely, because it is all the right people in one place. My business account (s) will be the same way.
Hope my rambling has been helpful to your delima.
I don't have family and fun pics on my biz websites, I only do that on Facebook and Twitter. Places like niche and recruiting sites, and even Linkedin, I think it's best to stay completely all business.
As far as Google+ is concerned you can list all your websites and I only keep family pics in my facebook and pinterest accounts. If you link these to your profile, that is understandable.
