We all pay a fortune in time and money to build websites, we do not need Bing taking our customers off our page into another direction. There should be a way to shut it off. Ha
Well, you don't your traffic to be on your website purely because they can't find a way out, right? :) don't worry about bing or google... your audience that finds themselves on your content is looking for the answers you're putting out there. Create great content that engages and answers their questions and neither bing nor google would be able to peel them away :)
thanx for the answer, but that is not fitting to this issue. It is when they are on my photos, there are two little icons, one kind of visible and one opaque and hard to see, if they click the lower one by accident, it brings up searches on bing in a sidebar, and if people are not internet sauvy, which believe it or not, a large percentage are not, they will click one of those photos thinking they are still on my site, and be down the Bing rabbit hole. ...it is the sidebar pop up search on the side I am trying to turn off and save
accidental clicks off the site.
You’re overthinking things. Don’t worry about basic internet functions. Use the internet as a tool and don’t think about it handcuffing you. :)
I figured it out....there was the 3 little dots which I could barely see on the photos I was looking at at the time...and voila...there was an option to "shut it off for this site" ...just in case anyone else wants to know

Is there any way of disabling the bing visual search on my website?

Sounds like a browser issue vs a website?
